Community Television Network is where Ann Arbor's On TV! CTN, a division of the City of Ann Arbor, manages four cable access channels on Comcast Cable. Cable Channel 16 is "The Meeting Place", where you can watch live, gavel-to-gavel coverage of many city meetings, including Ann Arbor City Council, Planning Commission, and Board of Education. Cable Channel 17 is the Public Access Channel, where Ann Arbor residents and non-profits speak-out, create and communicate.
